Below, we describe some of the repair and troubleshooting services we perform for BC businesses that run laundry rooms with any kind of commercial laundry equipment, from small chassis washers to large flatwork ironers. We offer repairs and troubleshooting on both on-premise machines and vended machines.

If your laundry machines are down and you need service, it's important to give us as much information as you possibly can. Sometimes we can diagnose issues over the phone with your maintenance people if we have enough information to roll with and that will save you time and money. Alternatively, if we have an idea of the problem and we have parts on hand, that can save you money by eliminating multiple service calls or help us to schedule out service after parts have been ordered. We obviously can't do that with every issue, but we try to do it as often as we can to save you money and us time in our laundry repair schedule.

Commercial Dryer Repairs
& Troubleshooting

Generally speaking, when a commercial dryer isn't running or isn't running properly, we are going to run through a thorough checklist of all the components of the dryer. Here are the basics we go through when trying to troubleshoot why your commercial dryer isn't working:

Identify the symptom/error codes
Check utilities: power, gas/steam supply
Check airflow: lint screen, exhaust duct, make-up air
Check start/safety interlocks: door, belt switch, overloads, airflow proving
Check heat system (gas/electric/steam components)
Check mechanical drive and drum/blower (belt, rollers, bearings, pulley, obstructions)
Check controls/electrical (relays/contactors, sensors, wiring, VFD if equipped)
Document findings and watch for safety red flags (gas smell, overheating, scorched wiring)

Commercial Washer Extractor Repairs & Troubleshooting

Commercial Washer extractor repair and troubleshooting is just as involved and complicated as dryers. If possible, we like to get as much info as possible about the issue for our service-call prep: photos of codes, short video of symptom, basic voltage/flow observations, timeline of when it changed, etc.

Then, once on site, if we have to troubleshoot, here's a basic overview of our process when troubleshooting a commercial washer extractor:
